The success of each event depends on member volunteers like you. Want to have fun and join in the community spirit? Please contact your Social Committee or Chuck Soles, Snowline Resident Manager. Volunteers are needed for event planning, preparation, fishing derby assistance, Christmas craft volunteers, potluck set up (Saturday at 4PM), and clean-up (10AM Sunday morning). Your help and support is appreciated! And remember, family, friends, and other guests are always welcome at our events.


Open to all children 12 and under, lots of fish to be caught and ribbons for everyone

POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm - Featuring Baron of Beef roasted over a wood fire

July 1st Saturday - SPORTS DAY RACES

Open to all ages, ribbons for all participants, cookies and other treats
Registration: 10am
Races: 10:30am -- 12 noon

POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm - Featuring Texas Pulled Pork, smoked low and slow for 20 hours in a wood fired pit barbecue

October 21st Saturday Annual General Meeting (AGM) and OCTOBERFEST

Proxy deadline: 9:30AM
Finance meeting: 10AM
Registration opens: 11AM
AGM Meeting: 12 noon
Registration closes: 12:30PM

POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm - Featuring various sausages on the grill, including bratwurst, mild Italian, chicken sausage, and grilled onions and peppers


Open to children 12 and under
1pm -- 3:30pm
Pre-Registration is required by November 10th (email Social Committee name, age and gender of your child)

Special Christmas Treats including juice, hot chocolate, cookies, fresh popcorn, and hot dogs fresh off the grill A visit from Santa for all those 12 and under, Christmas Carols with live music and sing-a-longs

We need volunteers, do you have a craft or activity you are willing to share with the children at a craft table, or help set up or clean up? Let us know!

All dinners start at 6:00PM, please bring a generous side dish and/or dessert to share. Please pre-slice and bring a serving utensil. Look for event posters closer to the dates for more details.
