2010 Member Events

The success of each of these events depends on volunteers like you. If you want to have fun and join in the community spirit, please contact your Social Committee or Chuck Soles, Snowline Resident Manager. Volunteers are needed for planning, preparation, and clean-up. Your help and support is appreciated!

May 29th Saturday - JODY ZIEBELL FISHING DERBY

Open to all children 12 and under, lots of prizes & trophies to be won
Registration: 9am
Fishing: 10am -- 12:00 noon
POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm

July 3rd Saturday - SPORTS DAY RACES

Open to all ages, prizes for all
Registration: 10am
Races: 10:30am -- 12 noon
Softball game: 1-3pm
POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm

October 16th Saturday - AGM and OCTOBERFEST

Proxy deadline: 9:30am
Finance meeting: 10am
Registration opens: 11am
AGM Meeting: 12 noon
Registration closes: 12:30pm
POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm

November 27th Saturday - CHRISTMAS PARTY

Open to children 12 and under, pre-registration is required
1pm -- 3:30pm
Please contact Jackie Eelnurme or Social Committee by November 12th with the name, age, and gender of your child.

December 31st Friday - NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY

Families welcome
8pm -- 12:30am
POTLUCK: Desserts & Appetizers

All dinners start at 6:00 pm, please bring a generous side dish and/or dessert to share. Please pre-slice and bring a serving utensil. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated from planning to cleanup. We need your help to make these social events a success. See you soon!
