JODY ZIEBELL FISHING DERBY
Saturday, May 26th, 2018

Open to all children 12 and under, lots of fish to be caught and ribbons for everyone
Registration: 9 am
Fishing: 10 am -- 12:00 noon

POTLUCK DINNER: 6 pm


SPORTS DAY GAMES
Saturday, June 30th, 2018

Open to all ages, ribbons for all participants, cookies and other treats
Registration: 10 am
Races: 10:30 am -- 12 noon

POTLUCK DINNER: 6pm

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
and OCTOBERFEST
Saturday, October 20th, 2018

Proxy deadline: 9:30 am
Finance meeting: 10 am
Registration opens: 11 am
AGM Meeting: 12 noon

Open to children 12 and under

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Please contact Chuck Soles or email info{AT}snowlinecommunityclub.com early November with the name, age, and gender of your child.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS, do you have a craft or activity you are willing to share with the children at the party at a craft table, or help set up or clean up? Let us know!

Potlucks


All dinners start at 6:00 pm. A BBQ entre is provided by the Club, thanks to our Volunteer Master Chefs preparing it with great care.
Please bring a generous side dish and/or dessert to share. Please pre-slice and bring a serving utensil.

Please Volunteer! These events need your help. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated from planning to cleanup. We need your help to make these social events a success. See you soon!
The success of each of these events depends on volunteers like you.

Snowline Community Club Board Meetings

Meetings are typically scheduled for the 3rd Saturday of the month.
There is no meeting in the month of December.

Annual General Meeting is usually held the third Saturday of October.
