The Golden Egg Hunt (March/April)Easter brings warm sunny spring snowriding and the traditional Mt. Baker Golden Egg Hunt where plastic eggs are hidden all over the mountain; many contain prizes but some contain clues to the location of the one golden egg which contains...a season pass. |

Ski to Sea (May)Starting at the Mt. Baker Ski area and ending at the Marine Park on the other side of Bellingham Bay this 7 sport, 7 stage relay race covers 85 miles and ends in a parade and street fair. Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing/snowboarding, running, road biking, canoeing, mountain biking, and sea kayaking are all involved in this unique event that truly represents northwest outdoor sports. |

Mt. Baker Blues Festival (July/August)The Deming LogShow Grounds host this event that's now in its 10th year; voted the best blues festival in the state of Washington. |

Festival 542 (September)"There are 3 races that make up this event: A cyclocross race at Silver Lake, an 8.5 mile trail run with 3,500 ft of total climbing, and finally a 24.5 mile 4,300 ft bike race from Glacier to the ski area. Food and music in Glacier is also part of this event." |
